Officers are selected and deployed based on their experience and competency. Grades ranging from Security Officer, Senior Security Officer, Security Supervisor, Senior Security Supervisor, Chief Security Officer to Security Executive available.
Besides security training, officers are provided with CPR / AED/ First Aid, Customer Services, CERT / Respond to Fire Incidents training by WSQ / SSG. In-house safety awareness training and specific training is conducted by Primo’s training team.
We provide on-the-job training to ensure our officers remain competent and conduct their duties diligently. Additionally, quarterly refresher training or exercises are conducted by our professional training team to ensure competency is kept at its highest level.
To attract competent and professional officers, Primo Guards offers above market rate remuneration to our officers. Additional rewards and packages are also awarded to officers who have performed well. Insurance and medical consultation are provided as part of company welfare benefit.
